Important Information Regarding 2010 Rule Changes

The board has prepared an informational sheet regarding the rule change about the acceptance of the Board of Certification exam for certain applicants. This information was compiled based on the questions and concerns directed to the board during the rulemaking process.

The Jurisprudence Exam is required when applying for a new license starting January 1, 2010.

Beginning January 1, 2010, applications postmarked on or after January 1, 2010 must complete the board's jurisprudence examination and submit proof of completion.
