Texas Primary Care Office (TPCO) - Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) Program


Purpose of the FQHC Program

The Texas Primary Care Office (TPCO) collaborates across and within various levels of government, to affectively improve access to healthcare and reduce disparities in Texas communities.

The TPCO provides technical assistance to communities and organizations interested in expanding access to care for the underserved and assists in the development of potential health centers and those seeking expansion of existing health centers in Texas. By working in collaborations with various entities, strong partnerships are built and maintained which is imperative to the growth and support of health centers and encourages that quality care is provided.
