Navigate Life Texas

The Texas Interagency Task Force for Children with Special Needs has released Navigate Life Texas, a website for families of children with special health care needs (CSHCN). The website is a great resource to share with your families of CSHCN, with content that includes articles, videos, and links to other websites. The website is available in English and Spanish and can be translated to other languages with a built-in Google Translator.
