The Lamb County Community Health Assessment represents a major effort to document health issues in Lamb County.

The purpose of the Lamb County Community Health Assessment is to provide useful information that can assist individuals and organizations in improving health and maximizing resources in Lamb County.

The assessment report includes:

  • Feedback from 501 individuals who live and/or work in Lamb County that completed a survey;
  • Feedback from 75 individuals who attended a community meeting in March (2009); and
  • Available demographic and epidemiological information (e.g., population and disease information).

The following two presentations are scheduled to present the findings of the assessment to the community:
