DSHS to Present Results of Waller County Health Needs Assessment

March 30, 2011

Waller County, the Center for Community Health Development at Texas A&M University, the Texas Department of State Health Services and several community partners have completed the Waller County Community Health Needs Assessment.

The report focuses on certain health issues in the community such as physical and mental health and substance abuse.

DSHS will hold community meetings to present the results of the assessment:

Tuesday, April 12, 2011: Brookshire Convention Center

Thursday, April 14, 2011: Waller County Road & Bridge Building
