New Rules

The new rules have been adopted with an effective date of March 22, 2016.

Jurisprudence Exam

All licensees and registrants (except Students, Temporaries and Facilities) must complete the Jurisprudence Examination (JP Exam) every other renewal. The Board has implemented this new rule requirement on a staggered basis. Please refer to the Board’s notice “Do I need to complete the Jurisprudence Examination for this Renewal?” posted at: http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/op/op_forms.shtm.

Facilities may now renew online through the Regulatory Services - Online Licensing System
