We dedicate our efforts to strive toward elimination of food-borne illness in the State of Texas through personal and professional excellence.

Purpose:

Inspections of food manufactures, wholesale food distributors, protect label review, complaint investigation, investigations of manufactured food related illness or injuries, product recalls, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) investigations and other program regulatory activities.

Activities:

Non-Meat (including cheese) products for wholesale; i.e., bakeries, bottling plants, food warehouses, seafood, and salvage foods.
