• Special medical equipment and supplies
• Family support services
• Community services
• Case management

Who can get these services?

Anyone who:

• Lives in Texas
• Anyone through the age of 20 or any age with a diagnosis of cystic fibrosis.
• Has an income level at or below 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
• Has a medical condition that is expected to last more than 1 year.
