Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks to contract inpatient, outpatient hospital services, and acute inpatient comprehensive medical rehabilitation services provided to individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and/or traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI). The purpose of HHSC’s Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services program is to help eligible individuals who have a TBI or a TSCI, or both, to improve their ability to function independently in the home and the community.
