About Us
Food manager training and certification have become a standard in the food industry.
We accredit and license training programs and testing sites that give the food manager's exam.
The American National Standards Institute – Conference for Food Protection (ANSI-CFP) accredits the tests. Certificates issued through these providers are accepted nationwide.
We also license online exam providers and ensure that the certificates they issued are accepted state-wide.
Senate Bill (SB) 1158 established that a county with a population of at least 4 million may require a certified or trained food manager to be on duty during the operating hours of a food establishment. This Bill took effect September 1, 2017.
