How to Register and Receive Your Certificate for Attending DSHS Grand Rounds when Attending:

by phone

  1. Register below for the WEBINAR.
  2. Log into the webinar the day of the event and choose “use telephone” (please refer to instructions in confirmation email from GoToWebinar).
  3. Listen to the webinar in its entirety.
  4. Send an email to CE.Service@dshs.texas.gov immediately after the event in order to record your attendance.
  5. Complete the evaluation that you receive via email.

PLEASE NOTE: if you skip any steps, you will not receive CE credit/contact hours or a certificate.

group webinar

  1. Register below for the WEBINAR.
  2. One person logs in to the webinar the day of the event, and others watch in a group. 
  3. View the webinar in its entirety
  4. Send an email to CE.Service@dshs.state.texas.gov immediately after the event with the names and email addresses of all attendees.
  5. Complete the evaluation that you receive via email.

in person

  1. Register below for the IN PERSON presentation.
  2. Sign in at M100 on the day of the event and include your email address.
  3. Attend the presentation in its entirety.
