County Supply and Distribution Tables - Licensed Vocational Nurses
The parenthetical numbers on this page represent the number of active licensed vocational nurses employed in nursing and practicing in Texas. Inactive or retired licensed professionals were excluded. Licensed vocational nurses were classified as active if the Texas Board of Nursing licensure renewal file indicated that their license status was “Current,” “Current (Notified for Renewal),” or “Current (Processing Renewal).” Licensed vocational nurses with active licenses may or may not be employed in nursing.
