Interview Record printing too small

This is an issue noticed by Central Office staff and is being addressed with the developer.
 

The field record/interview record is capturing the date the lab test was resulted, not when it was collected.

This has been escalated and DSHS is working with the developer to address and correct.
 

Notes are not printing on the field record for the current event.

This is being worked on.
