Numerous sources provide both basic and advanced training to assist agency implementation of routine HIV screening.
Online training
Test Texas HIV Coalition, in partnership with DSHS, created an online course Implementing Routine HIV Testing in Texas. It is an online learning resource for routine HIV screening. The course covers why routine screening should be implemented, basic testing technology information, and how to deliver positive results. The course is free and open to residents of Texas.
