Add the 2017 NIIW Logo to Your Email Signature Block

To add this to your signature, copy and paste with the following procedures.


Adding an Email Signature to Outlook

  1. Open a new message.
  2. On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.

  3. On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.

  4. Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.

  5. Copy and paste the following image into the editor:

  6. Click OK to close the window.

Adding an Email Signature to iOS (iPhone / iPad)

  1. On a desktop or laptop computer, copy and paste the following image and link into an email that you send to yourself:

  2. Open the email in your iOS device. Press and hold on a part of message until the context menu appears.

  3. From the context menu, choose Select All and then Copy.
  4. Open Settings on the iPhone/iPad Home screen.
  5. Go to Mail > Contacts > Calendars.
  6. Tap Signature under Mail.
  7. To set up one signature for all your email accounts make sure All Accounts is selected.
  8. To have iOS Mail use signatures specific to accounts make sure Per Account is selected.
  9. Paste the picture from the email into the signature block.

Adding an Email Signature to Gmail

  1. On a computer, open Gmail.
  2. At the top right, click the settings icon, and select Settings from the drop-down menu.

  3. Scroll down to the Signature section, as shown in the image below.

  4. Copy and paste the following image into the editor:

  5. At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
