To add this to your signature, copy and paste with the following procedures.
Adding an Email Signature to Outlook
- Open a new message.
- On the Message tab, in the Include group, click Signature, and then click Signatures.
- On the E-mail Signature tab, click New.
- Type a name for the signature, and then click OK.
- Copy and paste the following image into the editor:
- Click OK to close the window.
Adding an Email Signature to iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- On a desktop or laptop computer, copy and paste the following image and link into an email that you send to yourself:

- Open the email in your iOS device. Press and hold on a part of message until the context menu appears.
- From the context menu, choose Select All and then Copy.
- Open Settings on the iPhone/iPad Home screen.
- Go to Mail > Contacts > Calendars.
- Tap Signature under Mail.
- To set up one signature for all your email accounts make sure All Accounts is selected.
- To have iOS Mail use signatures specific to accounts make sure Per Account is selected.
- Paste the picture from the email into the signature block.
Adding an Email Signature to Gmail
- On a computer, open Gmail.
- At the top right, click the settings icon, and select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Signature section, as shown in the image below.
- Copy and paste the following image into the editor:
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.
