In the Regular Session of the 89th Texas Legislature, the Legislature passed Senate Bill 1 to appropriate funds to the Department of State Health Services for the continuation of the Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) Incubator Program.

The Open Enrollment for the New Health Center Locations (HHS0016860) closed on 1/30/2026. We thank everyone who applied.

 

FQHC Incubator Open Enrollment (OE) for Project-Based Funding (PBP)

This Open Enrollment will provide funding to existing FQHCs and FQHC Look-alikes for projects to expand services or access to care.

The Open Enrollment for PBP (HHS0016898) is now available. You can access all relevant details and application documents at: https://resources.hhs.texas.gov/open-enrollments.
