TEXAS ASBESTOS HEALTH PROTECTION RULES ADOPTED IN TEXAS REGISTER

The Texas Asbestos Health Protection Rules were posted for adoption in the July 19, 2024, issue of the Texas Register.

To view the July 19, 2024, issue of the Texas Register, use this link. The repeal of Chapter 296, Subchapter H, License and Registration Provisions Related to Military Service Members, Military Veterans, and Military Spouses is adopted on page 5348 of the Texas Register.
