Licensing Fees
Internet Examination
LicensingFee - $2,000.00
25 TAC §229.176requires that all Department of State Health Services approved Certified FoodManager exams be for Internet exams Only. All On-Site exams must be ANSI-CFPProgram accredited.
Renewal Licenses
Renewalsare valid for two years from the anniversary date. Failure to submit therenewal fee before the expiration date will result in a delinquency fee foreach location and must be remitted before the license or permit will be issued.
