As authorized by Section 437B.153 of the Health and Safety Code, DSHS has entered into collaborative agreements with the following local agencies to conduct health inspections around the state. If a state inspector is not available, an inspector from one of these agencies may be asked to conduct your Mobile Food Vendor inspection. The same rules apply for all inspections statewide.
