• Masking tape to mark the floor

• Student Roster
• Forms for recording results (make copies of the School Spinal Screening Worksheet on page 37 in the Appendix of the Spinal Screening Manual)
• Scoliosis Inclinometer (optional)
• Appropriate garments for boys and girls (See “Recommendations” on page 14 of the Spinal Screening Manual)
• Disinfecting wipes
• Hand sanitizer
• Table
• Chair
• Quiet Space
