TVFC/ASN Vaccine Reporting

TVFC Vaccine Providers can report vaccine administration data into VAOS beginning Jan. 1, 2022.

Organizations must report moderate and severe adverse events following vaccination to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) at https://vaers.hhs.gov/. VAERS collects and analyzes information from reports of adverse events that occur after the administration of U.S. licensed vaccines.
