The Texas HIV Medication Program (THMP) follows guidance from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Policy Clarification Notice (PCN) 18-01. Health insurance assistance must cost the same as or less than providing covered medicines directly.

• MyBlue Health Silver℠ - Champion
• Blue Advantage Silver HMO℠ - Champion
• Blue Advantage Plus Silver℠ - Balance
• MyBlue Health Silver℠ - Champion
• Blue Advantage Silver HMO℠ - Champion
• Blue Advantage Plus Silver℠ - Balance

Please note: If a client enrolls and pays their first insurance premium payment by:

• December 15, 2026, coverage will start on January 1, 2027.
• January 15, 2027, coverage will start on February 1, 2027.
