Early Childhood Intervention Collection
The DSHS Audiovisual Library has a special collection focused on children ages birth to 36 months with developmental delays, disabilities or certain medical diagnoses that may impact development. The Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Collection is available to Texas ECI programs and participating families.
