Password Reset

  1. When you receive your login information, log into the system.
  2. Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
  3. Select Edit Profile. Edit User Information screen will show up.
  4. Select a security question and enter the security answer. Save. This action will allow you to gain access to reset your password should you forget.

How do new users get access to view only MIS?

Users need to follow the instructions on the THISIS website for access to any systems associated with HIV/STD Surveillance and PHFU. Within the forms, users can request view-only access to the legacy STD*MIS system for search-only rights.
