The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), TB/HIV/STD Epidemiology and Surveillance Program is pleased to provide the Texas HIV Surveillance Procedure Manual. This should serve as a guiding document for HIV surveillance programs at local and regional health departments around the state.
